This guest house is 90m² in size, and full of character. Its two floors are both accessible from the garden and linked by an internal staircase.  It was converted from a portico once used as a sawmill, and some of the original 18^th and 19^th century masonry work is still visible.

The upstairs living area includes a kitchen corner equipped with fridge, 4 burner kitchen range, oven and dishwasher, and a curtained off sleeping area.

Some steps lead down to the bathroom (with tub), constructed under an ancient vaulted ceiling. Further steps lead to a spacious room giving direct access to the garden. This room is used as a  lemon house in winter, and may be used during the summertime as a bedroom for up to three guests.

You can sunbath or breakfast on two private balconies overlooking a grove of camellias, through which glimpses of Lake Maggiore can be seen.

TRIO is let by the week from Saturday to Saturday, excluding services, food and drink.
